DEEWEE On Tour

Friend of the family Babycakes Romero has done a superb write up of the DEEWEE crew and label on tour in support of the recent Soulwax shows. Bolis Pupul, Asa Moto, Charlotte, Emmanuelle and Future Sound of Antwerp all appeared and the label was well represented. We are biased but the music was super good. Read the whole piece HERE.

SOULWAX RETURN WITH 'TRANSIENT PROGRAM FOR DRUMS AND MACHINERY'

Soulwax are back with their first original new track in 11 years.


Since the creation of Soulwax in 1995, David and Stephen Dewaele have consistently pushed the boundaries into new and innovative territory. Now, in amongst a host of other projects, the brothers, and their band, announce a new Soulwax tour and release their first piece of new material in eleven years.


With a specially designed stage set and seven touring members, including original band member Stefaan Van Leuven on bass guitar & synth, three drummers - Victoria Smith (Jamie T), Iggor Cavalera (Sepultura, MIXHELL), Blake Davies (Turbowolf), and Laima Leyton (MIXHELL) on synth and backing vocals, Soulwax are taking a micro version of their DEEWEE studio on the road in 2017 for their universally renowned and fully live show.


To mark the announcement of the tour, which kicks off in March 2017, Soulwax release new track ‘TRANSIENT PROGRAM FOR DRUMS AND MACHINERY'.

There is a limited Vinyl Factory Edition of the release which will be available on the 12th of December. The record is once sided with a laser etching on the B side. Limited edition of 500.

2MANYDJS GIVE THE DRUMMER SOME ON 2X2 RADIO

The new episode of 2X2 is live on Beats. In the first hour you can hear our brand new Bolis Pupul release which will be out early next year (DEEWEE on a roll) as well as new remixes and edits from 2manydjs. In the second hour David and Stephen give the drummer some and do an hour long mix featuring the work of percussionist and drummer Keith Forsey. You might not know him by name but we are guessing you have danced or sung along to one of his records. On the new episode of 2X2 Dave and Steph have done a super Compass Point mix which not only pulls together their favourite tracks recorded at the studio but also tells the story as the mix progresses...
